Ana Roque

Ethics, sustainability and social intervention activist; I develop projects that incorporate these subjects in a strategic corporate context, since 1994. I have worked for some of the biggest Portuguese companies such as SonaeCom, Nos or EDP.

Ethics has been my main focus because I consider it to be the basis of sustainability the necessary condition for change.

I have majored in Philosophy and a PHD in Social sustainability and development. I have completed many training courses in alternative and complementary areas, such as participatory methods, U theory, or theatre; of which I highlight Ecological Leadership and Facilitation — transformative Change in a Volatile World (Schumacher College) and INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme.

Cláudia Alves

I am a business designer, passionate about high-complexity problem-solving and creativity. I prefer systemic thinking, and to see the big picture. I enjoy immersing into research and understanding problems, especially those with a subjective component, such as people’s perception and emotions.

I started my career as a graphic designer McCann Erickson. Later I joined EuroRSCG Design Department, where I participated as a brand identity designer in projects such as UEFA Euro 2004, TMN, Sagres, SdC, etc., and worked as a creative supervisor.

Since 2003 — when I Mastered in Design Management — I have worked as a strategist. In 2006, I joined Brandia Central — a Lisbon-based brand consultancy agency — as a senior strategist, where I have participated in branding projects such as Buondi, Banif, Galp, Nors, Mobi-e, Vodafone, FIFA 2018 World CUP in Russia. From 2009 to 2014, I led the Brand Strategy department at Brandia Central. Since 2014 I’m a partner at Futurista.
